WESCO International, Inc. Announces the Acquisition of RECO, LLC

PITTSBURGH, March 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --  WESCO International, Inc. (NYSE: WCC), a leading provider of electrical, industrial, and communications MRO and OEM products, construction materials, and advanced supply chain management and logistics services, today announced that it has acquired the business of RECO, LLC, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio.  RECO, with annual sales of approximately $25 million, is a Siemens automation, controls and electrical distributor, with six branches located in the midwest and southeastern regions of the United States.
